Frequently asked, quickly answered
A few of the questions we get most often. If yours isn't here, the contact form above reaches the whole team.
Do you accept student-written articles?
Yes — we have a dedicated Student Voices section for Years 10–13. Send a 300-word excerpt and the topic you'd like to explore. We pair every accepted piece with a senior editor mentor.
How does the school partnership programme work?
We work with schools on three tracks: curriculum-aligned resource bundles, in-person workshops, and a co-published journal edition. Most partnerships begin with a 30-minute scoping call.
Can I republish your resources in my classroom?
Almost everything on Alkhaleej Hub is free for educational use with attribution. For commercial republication or printed course packs, please email the editorial team for a licence.
Do you offer editorial feedback on drafts?
For accepted contributors, yes — our editors will work through two full drafts with you. For pitches that aren't quite ready, we send a short written note with concrete next steps.
What's the best channel for urgent press enquiries?
Call the office line during GST hours, or email with "URGENT — PRESS" in the subject line. We monitor that mailbox throughout the working day and respond within four hours.
Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia or Egypt?
Not yet — our editorial team operates from Dubai and a remote network across the MENA region. For region-specific events, our partnerships team can arrange a video introduction.
